Suggestions
The hair ty is designed to keep your hair from tangling
while riding. It also makes a great fashion accessory. Our hair tys
have been worn in several ways. They can be worn with a helmet, baseball
cap, in a ponytail, partial high ponytail, or in a French braid.
Please follow these
wearing suggestions.
They are the key to a secure hair
ty!

Put your hair in a TIGHT ponytail. The tighter the ponytail, the more
secure your hair ty. If you feel your hair ty tugging or sliding in your
hair, you do not have your ponytail tight enough. If you are riding with
a helmet you must keep your ponytail low, in the nape of your neck, allowing
your helmet to sit over the hair ty. If you are not riding with a
helmet, you can put your ponytail as high as it is comfortable for you.
It is very important that you have a TIGHT ponytail as
it is supporting the hair ty!!

Clip the barrette ABOVE
the ponytail, through a small portion of your
hair. You do not need a lot of hair in the barrette. It is simply
an anchor to the ponytail. If you have too much hair in the barrette, it
will not close. You could also strip or break the barrette by putting
too much hair in it. A small bit of hair is all you
need!!

Wrap the leather around your ponytail
and snap it underneath!
