Tips
-
Hair Ty is tugging
& sliding in my hair - Tighten your ponytail!!
The key to a secure hair ty is a tight ponytail. We recommend using a
coated ponytail holder (included). Do not use a scruncie or a terry
cloth ponytail holder. They slide too easily. The ponytail is
supporting the hair ty!!
-
Barrette doesn't
close - We use a steel barrette as opposed to nickel or cheap
metal. However, if your barrette will not close, you either have too
much hair in it or you have squeezed the prongs closed. There are two
prongs that stick up from the barrette. When you open
the barrette, you do not have to press the buttons very hard.
Simply pop them open! If you press too hard, you will close the prongs
on the barrette, not allowing it to catch and close. If this happens,
take your thumbs, one on each button, and spread the prongs apart so they are
barely touching each other. Nine out of ten times, this is the easy
fix!!

Riveted Hair
Tys - This is a
very lightweight design! We recommended
this style for those who may be sensitive to weight or prefer a simple
design!!
-
Beaded Hair
Tys - Our beaded hair tys are
designed to weight your hair down as you ride. They carry enough
weight to prevent your hair or the hair ty, from flying around. There
are patterns that are lighter than others. If you are sensitive
to weight or get headaches very easily, you may want to try one of
these styles! The crystal hearts, style #'s 1002 or 1019, the riveted patterns,
style #'s 1016 or 1017 or the
Trail Bead Patterns, style #'s 1027 and 1040. The Antique Beaded patterns will
be a bit heavier then
others.

the back of the ponytail!
